Happy Monday Friends! Hope you all had a faboulus weekend. It is starting to warm up here in Chicago and spring is definitely in the air!!!  It’s a great Monday here in the VOE studio and I am so thankful to be featured on Midwest Bride’s Blog today. Back in November I planned, designed and styled a styled shoot that I’m very proud of. Karina from Metts Photo took some great pictures of the finished product. It was a lot of fun and I could not have done it without the AMAZING group of vendors I got to work with on this shoot. A special thank you goes out to my girl Cristin at Redberry Floral: you definitely worked your magic on this one.

For the table design, I decided to use this beautiful Marsala (Pantone's 2015 Color of the Year) colored linen from Nuage Designs. I also incorporated gold and hints of purple to bring out the jewel tones which allowed the colors to play off of one another.  Cristin at Redberry Floral did a great job working with the color palate and really complimented the colors that I selected for this shoot. I love working with Amanda Day Rose Paperie. She really knows how to take a color palate and turn it into something beautiful and elegant as you see that she did in this invitation suite.  These gems were made and provided by Magnolia Bakery in downtown Chicago.

The wonderful ladies at Rent Vintage Chicago let us use their The wonderful ladies at Rent Vintage Chicago let us use their “Golden Girl” chairs for the shoot. Aren’t they just stunning? The plates and silverware was also provided by them.

A big thank you goes out to our models, Amanda Archer who designed the wedding dress and Mignonette Bridal for the hair piece and for providing us with the dress.
